However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Naughty Lamp. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Naughty Lamp.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and Naughty Lamp. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
